Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy ODK Brands LLC DBA OnlyDank Last Updated: June 22, 2026 ODK Brands LLC DBA OnlyDank sells hemp-derived products to consumers and approved wholesale accounts in Texas only. All products sold by OnlyDank are hemp-derived, contain no more than the legally allowed THC limit, and are sold only where permitted by applicable law. Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. Online Consumer Orders All online sales are final once an order has shipped. Customers may cancel an order only before it has been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. We do not accept returns on consumable products. Refunds are issued only when: An order is canceled before processing The customer does not pass age verification The order cannot legally be fulfilled The wrong product was shipped The product arrives damaged The package is confirmed lost by the carrier To report a damaged, missing, or incorrect order, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: contactus@onlydankofficial.com Customers must include the order number, delivery address, photos of the package, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Shipping OnlyDank currently ships within Texas only. Orders may be shipped through UPS, USPS, or another approved carrier. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to locations where hemp-derived products are prohibited. Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refused delivery, or failed age verification are not eligible for a shipping refund. Wholesale Orders Wholesale orders are available only to approved wholesale accounts in Texas. All wholesale sales are final once the order has been processed, delivered, shipped, or picked up. Wholesale customers must inspect orders upon delivery or pickup. Damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Wholesale claims submitted after 24 hours are not eligible for refund, replacement, or credit. Product Storage Customers and wholesale accounts are responsible for proper product storage after delivery or pickup. OnlyDank is not responsible for product damage caused by heat, freezing, sunlight, improper handling, or improper storage after delivery. Compliance Cancellations OnlyDank cancels any order that does not meet legal, age-verification, shipping, payment processor, or internal compliance requirements. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
