IMPORTANT Lost or Stolen Packages Please note once a package is entered into the carrier's system the shipping, delivery status, and any missing/lost/stolen packages are no longer within our control. Shipping Damages At OnlyDank all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, we understand damage can happen in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please email ContactUs@OnlyDankOfficial.com with photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery confirming your shipping address and proof of purchase and we will help you get a replacement. ​ Returns All hemp derived consumable product are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase of cunsumable hemp derived products under any circumstances. No Guarantees THE COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OF IT'S HEMP DERIVED PRODUCTS. On Non-Consumable products, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, and in its original packaging. OnlyDank has the right to deny any request for return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, if you decide to return any product, a 20% processing/restocking fee will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please be mindful, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
